Festival Lake
Our five acre fishing lake is the center of many activities! In addition to fishing for bass from boat or shore line, you'll find folks in paddle boats, exploring Boomerang Island, enjoying our sandy beach area, or resting and watching the wildlife from a comfortable bench.

Clubhouse/Pools
The clubhouse/pool complex is an outstanding facility. It is conveniently located in the center of the community. The spacious clubhouse is open for parties and cookouts, and may be especially reserved for private gatherings. The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home and had lots of counter and cabinet space. The Olympic sized swimming pool is guarded during the day and early evening hours. Sunbathers enjoy the chaise lounges and conversationalist meet friends at the tables - all on the open deck around the pool. A large screened in porch joins the clubhouse and pool, large clean bathrooms and showers are available at the club house for homeowners and their guests. Our second pool and recreation complex has many activities and games for the kids, from ping pong and pool to video games. Many activities are planned at the clubhouse. The bulletin board is the center for announcements and initiations for the homeowners. Among other notices, available babysitters are posted as well as various clubs, bingo times, swimming lesson times and the schedule for Saturday afternoon brunches. Saturday morning brings cartoons for the kids, so be sure you're kids are watching them in the wide screened TV. You'll find drink machines and telephones ate both complexes. Pool hours are posted. Seek out Activities Coordinator in you're interested in getting involved.

Sinepuxent Bay
You and your family will thoroughly enjoy crabbing and fishing from our 1000 ft fishing pier. Benches are situated for your convenience. Assateague Pointe is a waterfront community directly overlooking the Sinepuxent Bay with an unobstructed view of Assateague Island. We are close enough to see the ponies! Guarded by Federal and State governments, Assateague Island will remain in its natural state, and we are proud to have this unique opportunity to forever share in its beauty. You'll enjoy watching the wildlife on the wetlands and the boating activity on the bay. If you're the active type, you may decide to join the many other boaters, jet skiers, water skiers and fisherman. Te Sinepuxent Bay is part of the Intracoastal Waterway, and is great for clamming, crabbing, fishing and many other sporting activities. Boat storage is available to homeowners.

Just Minutes Away
Keep in mind we are 4 miles from Assateague island Bridge, and 5 minutes from Ocean City. Enjoy surf fishing on the island and many other exciting activities at Assateague. Ocean City has great restaurants and many sights to see. Right here on Rt 611 you'll find shopping, 2 golf courses, pony rides, airplane rides and Frontier Town with a miniature golf course and water slide.

Also Available to Homeowners
Courtesy personnel are available to assist homeowners and guests to provide routine checks of the community and the homes. They are stationed at the gate house and are here to assist you however possible. The coin operated laundry facility is available in the Rec Center. The playgrounds will keep your kids occupied for a long time. They can play Basketball, Volleyball, or pitch horseshoes in the various recreation areas. Bicycles are welcome; the streets are designed to promote biking, walking, and jogging. The community has many ponds that you will find ducks and other wildlife (as well as people) enjoying the aesthetics of our bay, lake or ponds. We keep our homeowners up to date with special bulletins ans a community newsletter with announcement and community events.
